I did not receive my One Time Pin (OTP) - what must I do?


The SMS containing your One Time Pin (OTP) is sent to the mobile number that you used to create your Xtra Savings profile.

If this number is different to the number on your Sixty60 profile, you will not receive the OTP.

Please update your mobile number associated with your Xtra Savings profile by following these steps:

  1. Visit the Checkers website (www.checkers.co.za)
  2. Sign in using your email address
  3. Go to "Your Profile" and update your mobile number
Alternatively, you can tap on "Not receiving your OTP?" on the Sixty60 app.

You will be directed to the Checkers WhatsApp channel. Follow the instructions to update your mobile number on your Xtra Savings profile.

Still not receiving your OTP?

Make sure your mobile number matches the number on your Sixty60 profile by following these steps:

1. Go to "Profile" on your Sixty60 app

2. Tap "Account Details"

3. Check your mobile number. If this number does not match your mobile number, please update it.
