- The billing date must be changed to 23 March.
- The billing date can only be changed again after 20 June.
- The customer will receive a 10% discount entitlement on the 20th, when the prorated charges are applied.
- The customer will receive a 10% discount entitlement when the subscription payment is made.

- The subscriber will be billed on the day that the change is made. The prorated charges must be based on the period 21 March to 14 April. I.e., 25 days x R3.33 = R83.25
- The subscriber will be billed again on 15 April for R99.
