How will I be informed that I received my R35 Service Guarantee delivery fee back?

  1. You will receive an email from us stating that you have received your R35 delivery fee back. 

  2. You will receive a WhatsApp message from us if you have opted in for WhatsApp communication. Ensure that you’ve opted in to receive communication.  

  3. You will see your R35 credit in your “Wallet Balance” under your “Profile” in the Sixty60 app.
