How do I select an alternative?
We recommend selecting an alternative for each product in your basket.
We’ll remember these alternatives for future orders, which means you only need to do this once. This way, you’ll always be in control of what you receive.

Or follow these 3 easy steps:
Step 1: Tap "Choose an Alternative".
Step 2: Pick your 2nd choice (or search for it, if you don't see it) and tap “Select Alternative”.
We’ll remember your 2nd choice for future purchases.
Once you’ve chosen an alternative product, you’ll see this symbol:
Step 3: You can select an alternative for each product in your basket OR you can select “I don't want an alternative”, if you don't want us to choose one on your behalf.
It's that easy!
