What do I do if there is an issue with my product/s delivered?


If you are not 100% happy with the goods delivered, we will gladly credit you for the value of the product(s).

Here's how:

1.) Tap “My Profile”.

2. Tap "Orders"
3. Select the relevant order.

4. Tap on “Product Issues and select the product you’re not happy with.

5. Tap “Submit Issue”.
